PROJECT ACCOUNTABILITY
One Project. One Accountable Delivery Team.
The highest project risks often sit between process, layout, HVAC, utilities, equipment, construction and qualification. GENO brings these interfaces into one controlled delivery framework.
Coordinate before construction
Control interfaces during delivery
Prepare evidence for handover
PROJECT LIFECYCLE
Full-Lifecycle EPC Delivery
Seven connected stages move the project from controlled requirements to start-up and handover.
CONCEPT
Establish the project, process and flow basis before design expands.
- Project basis
- Process concept
- Scope matrix
DESIGN
Coordinate disciplines, equipment and utilities against one design basis.
- Coordinated layouts
- System specifications
- Interface register
DELIVERY
Control procurement, manufacturing, construction and installation against approved information.
- Procurement packages
- Inspection records
- Site documentation
START-UP

DELIVERY ECOSYSTEM
An Integrated Delivery Ecosystem
GENO remains the project-facing technical, commercial and coordination interface while project-specific engineering, supply and local execution resources work within a controlled responsibility structure.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Designed Around Target-Market Requirements
Applicable classifications, technical standards, deliverables and qualification responsibilities are defined through each project's URS and contract.
References do not imply certification or regulatory approval. The applicable framework is confirmed through the project URS and contract.
PROJECT QUESTIONS
Clear Answers Before the First Discussion
Four practical questions for owners preparing an EPC project review.
01Can GENO deliver a complete turnkey pharmaceutical facility?
GENO can structure a coordinated EPC or turnkey delivery scope across planning, engineering, controlled procurement, construction, commissioning and qualification support. The exact scope, local statutory roles and owner responsibilities are defined through the URS and contract.
02Can GENO work with local civil and installation contractors?
Yes. GENO can coordinate with qualified local contractors where the execution model requires local civil works, labor, permits or installation resources. Interfaces, supervision, quality controls and responsibility boundaries must be agreed before site work begins.
03Can GENO support commissioning and DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ activities?
GENO can support agreed commissioning, testing, documentation and qualification activities, including interfaces with DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ plans. Validation strategy, product qualification and regulatory acceptance responsibilities remain project-specific.
04What information should I send for the first project review?
Share the product and dosage form, planned capacity, target market, site or building data, process flow, equipment list, current layout, utility information and target schedule. Preliminary inputs are acceptable when assumptions and gaps are clearly identified.
