ABOUT GENO

Pharmaceutical EPC. Connected by GENO.

GENO coordinates the disciplines, systems, resources and delivery decisions between a project concept and an operating pharmaceutical facility.

OUR ROLE

One Project-Facing Interface

GENO organizes project definition, engineering coordination, controlled procurement, manufacturing resources, construction interfaces, commissioning and handover support around the approved project basis.

The delivery model reduces the owner's burden of managing disconnected disciplines while keeping contract boundaries, approvals and local responsibilities visible.

How we work

Engineering, Supply and Execution Organized Around the Owner

GENO remains the main coordination interface. Project resources are selected and structured without publishing protected supply relationships.

Project Accountability

Requirements, interfaces, decisions and deliverables remain connected through one coordination framework.

Evidence Before Claims

Corporate facts, project cases, imagery and qualifications are published only after review and approval.

Controlled Supply

Manufacturing and procurement resources are coordinated without exposing protected supplier relationships.

Local Execution Compatibility

Site roles, permits, contractors and supervision models are adapted to the project location and contract.

International Communication

Technical and commercial decisions are structured for clear owner review across disciplines and locations.

Compliance Boundaries

Standards, qualification scope and regulatory responsibilities are defined at project level without guarantees.

LIFECYCLE

A Controlled Path from Requirements to Handover

  1. Project Definition & URS Alignment

Establish a controlled project basis and align the user requirement specification with business and regulatory intent.

  2. Process & Facility Planning

Create a facility concept driven by process sequence, flows, segregation and operational needs.

  3. Multidiscipline Engineering

Develop coordinated engineering information that resolves cross-discipline interfaces before procurement and installation.

  4. Procurement & System Integration

Procure compliant, coordinated systems against approved requirements and defined inspection controls.

  5. Construction & Installation

Install coordinated facility systems safely and in accordance with approved drawings, methods and quality controls.

  6. Commissioning & Testing

Demonstrate that installed systems are complete, functional and ready for the agreed qualification activities.

  7. Qualification Support & Handover

Provide structured evidence and support for agreed qualification work and an orderly operational handover.

Plan a Technical Visit

Choose whether you want to visit a GENO project or invite an engineer to your own site. Dates, access and arrangements require confirmation.

A request is not a confirmed appointment. Amy will coordinate availability, location, host approval and confidentiality requirements. Online visits may be requested in your message; availability is subject to confirmation.

GENO at the 41st ICMD

21–24 October 2026, Capital International Exhibition & Convention Center, Beijing. Hall A1, booth ZF30. GENO presented cleanroom envelopes, doors, flooring and supporting equipment, discussing scope, pricing, schedules and local project references with visitors.
